At Dansko, we stand behind the quality of our footwear and offer a 60-day return window for items in unworn, original condition. If your shoes are not a perfect fit, we provide a prepaid shipping label to make the return process seamless and efficient.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and affix it to your original shipping box.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn footwear in its original shoe box, secure it inside a shipping carton, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
